Regulator heavy armor - Beyond Skyrim: Elsweyr

Heavy armor sets for the Regulators, a militia faction who exists to keep in line the people around Rimmen.
Mostly based on a light armor set that was concepted before for the same project. Additional inspiration from a variety of european metal plate armors.
